Holly Madison Early Life:
Holly Cullen was born in 1979 to Steve and Patsy. She is the middle of three siblings, including Joe and Stephanie. The family moved from Oregon to Prince of Wales Island before returning to Oregon and settling in St. Helens during Holly’s preschool years. However, it is uncertain which high school she attended; however, we do know that she proceeded to study theater and psychology at Portland State University before moving to Los Angeles for further education at Loyola Marymount University.
Madison tried to become a Hawaii-related topic model in order to fund her education. She also worked at Hooters. Madison was recognized for these activities and was invited to the Playboy Mansion when she was 21 years old. Madison asked Hefner if she might live at the mansion full-time after visiting for 18 months, accumulating credit card debt, and becoming one of his girlfriends immediately afterward.
Holly Madison Career:
Though Madison was never an official Playboy Bunny, she posed nude in the September 2005 issue of The Women Next Door. She also graced the covers of the March 2008 and February 2009 issues. Network’s show The Girls Next Door documented Madison working at the Playboy studios as an intern and later as a junior picture editor. However, she quit after her split from Hefner in 2009.
Madison excelled in 2009, when she broke a world record, starred in a burlesque show, and hosted her own reality series. In May, Madison and Las Vegas mayor Oscar Goodman broke the Guinness World Record for “largest bikini parade ever.” Despite the fact that the report has since been destroyed.

She was in the show for four years. And if that’s not enough, she had her own reality TV series called Holly’s World. The series was aired on E! for two seasons and it talked about her life on Planet Hollywood.
In 2015, Madison released her first memoir, Down the Rabbit Hole: The Curious Adventures and Cautionary Stories of a Former Playboy Bunny. It detailed special moments from her life at the Playboy Mansion and became a New York Times bestseller soon after its release. One year later, she published another bestselling memoir called The Vegas Diaries: Romance, Dice, and Paths to Reinvention.

Madison’s only husband up to now has been Rotella. Despite her ties with Hugh Hefner, they were simply thought of as partners. Alternatively, she may have gone by one of his major girlfriends. Madison once said that she wanted to marry and have kids with Hefner, but nothing came of it.
In March 2013, Madison and her ex-husband Pasquale Rotella had their first child together. They named him Rainbow Aurora after the colors in the rainbow flag (orange, yellow, green). Three years after getting married, Madison and Forest Leonardo Antonio had a son in 2016.
The 10,500-square-foot mansion on 2.72 acres of land west of downtown Las Vegas has more than one pool in the outdoor area. Holly put the 8,500-square-foot property up for sale in 2017 and it was extremely popular due to its location being surrounded by lush landscaped gardens, a swimming pool, a spa, and a built-in BBQ. A bidding war raised the listed price to $8.1 million but Madison still managed to sell it for higher at $8.225 million.
