The Game Early Life:

Jayceon Terrell Taylor, better known as “The Game,” was born on November 29th, 1979 in Compton City, California. His father, George Taylor, and his mother Lynette Baker were both members of the Crips street gang. Jayceon tried to raise himself up out of poverty and became a member of the Bloods through his brother.

In the year 2006, The Game gave an interview to MTV News Correspondent Sway Calloway, who referred to his family as “Dysfunctional.” George Taylor III and a.k.a., a former Cedar Block Piru Bloods leader in West Compton, California, was his older half-brother.

Taylor has one daughter and two sons which includes King Justice Taylor(born in 2007), California “Cali” Dream Taylor( born 2010 ), and Harlem Caron. She started dating the model/actress Valeisha Butterfield before becoming engaged with her. In March 2017 that couple decided to get married but unfortunately, their engagement became broke way back when they were just 16 years old.

The Game’s first mixtape, “You Know What It Is Vol 1,” was released in 2002 by Black Wall Street Records. He had previously established his brother George as one-half of the duo and after this release, he quickly fell into Dr. Dre’s hands who signed on for their newly formed record label Aftermath Entertainment.

The following year saw not only an increase in popularity but also change: TheGames second studio album MindPlay went 5 times platinum without any help from ads or marketing campaigns; then came 2005 when we saw How Ever You Want Me to be released.
